Once your booking request is received, an IBAN will be provided along with an invoice including VAT and applicable taxes.
International transfers typically take 1–2 business days within the SEPA region (in Euros), or 2–5 business days (up to 7) for international SWIFT transfers outside Europe or requiring currency exchange.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if canceled by email at least 72 hours prior to the tour start time.
- A booking is not considered canceled until confirmed by sevillatourguide.com.
- Cancellations via phone, WhatsApp, or other instant messaging services are not accepted.
- Tours run rain or shine (tours are not canceled due to weather conditions).

- Personalized Tickets: Full first name, last name, and ID/passport number for each participant are strictly required when purchasing tickets, as tickets are non-transferable and issued under individual names.
- ID Requirements: You must present the exact ID document (valid DNI/national ID card or passport) used when purchasing the ticket—either physical, photocopy, or photo on your phone—to enter the monument.
- Entry Control: Identity checks are conducted at the entrance. We decline all responsibility if entry is denied due to incomplete information or lack of proper identification (original, copy, or photo).
- Strictly Personal: Tickets are personal and non-transferable; under no circumstances may they be transferred or used by another person.
